What to put in a build brief
- Overall length (LOA) or the guest capacity you are aiming for.
- Cabins — how many, and what type (guest, owner’s suite, crew).
- Rig — classic phinisi ketch, schooner, or motor-sailer.
- Intended use — dive liveaboard, charter, private yacht.
- Target launch window and budget band (USD).

Yard visits
We arrange visits to the Tanjung Bira and Ara and Lemo-Lemo beaches so you can see a hull under construction and meet the master builder before committing. Because Tanjung Bira is a resort coast, a yard visit combines easily with a stay. When you are ready, read the full commissioning programme .
